Larry Baldwin
Larry Baldwin is a healthcare payer executive and founder of BC Group, LLC, a consulting firm that provides deep experience and highly qualified resources for multiple healthcare payer functions and disciplines. While Larry frequently addresses challenges and opportunities in the Medicare Advantage space, he applies his practices across all health plan products and business functions.
As a leader and advisor, Larry promotes building and strengthening connections across stakeholders, teaching and modeling enterprise business and technology readiness, and helping all levels of personnel adopt large-scale change.
Besides healthcare administration, Larry also has many years of leadership experience in the finance industry. He earned an MBA at the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies at Point Loma Nazarene University.
